How are you able to custom make car mats without measuring my car?
We have templates for more than 1,200 different vehicles and we custom make our mats based on such templates! The information you provide about your vehicle (make/model/year) is important as it helps ensure that we get the exact template for your vehicle. There may also be instances where we will contact you to clarify additional information about your vehicle.
What happens if you do not have the templates/measurements for my car?
Even with more than 1,200 vehicle templates, there still are certain vehicles that have escaped our grasp! If we do not have the template for your vehicle, we will offer you the option of either (i) a full refund; or (ii) a custom made-to-measure mat at our workshop in Kaki Bukit (takes about 20-30 minutes).
How much time is required before i can collect my mat?
Pro/Ultimate/Racer: Typically 2-3 working days after an order is placed.
Classic/N6/N6+: 4-5 working days (there is hand stiching involved!)
Do the mats have a smell?
Pro/Ultimate: Customers may notice a smell after installation (similar to a new car smell). However, the smell typically goes away within 1-2 weeks.
Classic//N6/N6+/Racer: These mats are generally odourless.
How do I know whether you guys are legit?

Can I view the mats before purchasing?
Unfortunately we do not have a showroom. But we are working on setting one up! Follow our Facebook page for updates!
What if I want a special cut (like a circle) for the mat?
Drop us a message at here with picture samples and as much information as possible! We will respond with a quote and instructions if you wish to proceed.
What if I am unsatisfied with the cut after collection?
Customers are protected by our Returns and Replacements programme. Just be sure to reach out to us within 14 days of collection/delivery!
