Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns for any of our items. However, incorrect or defective items received are eligible for replacements within 14 days of delivery.

In the event of a faulty mat, Customers may wish to contact us at info@carmatkings.sg within 14 days with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect, along with your invoice number/order ID. A representative will then make the necessary arrangements to collect the faulty mat and provide a replacement free of charge. If it is past the stipulated timelines, we will not proceed with your request(s).
